SmartPeg를 재사용할 수 있나요?
SmartPeg는 일회용 품목입니다. 임플란트의 손상을 방지하기 위해 나사산의 수명을 제한하는 부드러운 소재를 SmartPeg에 사용합니다. SmartPeg는 다음 두 가지 이유로 재사용할 수 없습니다. 첫째, 자석이 오토클레이브의 열을 견딜 수 없으며 영향을 받아 변색됩니다. 둘째, 나사산을 약하게 만들어 임플란트의 내부 나사산을 위험하게 하지 않습니다. SmartPeg를 재사용하면 스레드가 마모되고 잘못된 ISQ 값을 얻게 될 수 있습니다.
ISQ 값은 SmartPeg를 세게 조이는 정도에 민감하나요?
SmartPeg는 SmartPeg 마운트를 사용하여 “손가락으로 꽉 조이는” 정도의 4~5Ncm으로 조여야 합니다. SmartPeg와 임플란트가 단단히 밀착되어 있으면 충분합니다. 그러면 ISQ 값의 차이는 2 ISQ 단위 내에서 유지됩니다. SmartPeg를 너무 느슨하게 조이면 ISQ 값이 작아집니다. SmartPeg를 심하게 조이면 SmartPeg 나사산이 손상될 위험이 있습니다.
