SmatPeg[スマートペグ] を再利用出来ますか?
SmartPeg [スマートペグ] は一回のみ使用のアイテムとなります。 インプラントの破損を防ぐために、スマートペグの素材は、とてもソフトであり。ネジの耐用年数に限りがあります。 そのため、スマートペグは、次の二つの理由で再利用が出来ません。はじめに、マグネットは、オートクレーブの熱に耐えることが出来まず、影響を受け変色します。二つ目に、スペグは、インプラントの内部スレッドが破損のないよう、弱く作られています。スマートぺグの再利用は、スレッドをすり減らし、ISQ値の誤った判断が生じる可能性があります。
どのくらいSmatPeg [スマートペグ] の締め付けが行われているかをISQ値は感知しますか
SmatPeg [スマートペグ] は4-5Ncmで締め付けの必要があります。これは、「フィンガー・タイト」を意味し、スマートペグマウントが使用されます。これは、スマートペグ及びインプラント間で、確固たる接触があれば十分です。ISQ値の差は、2ISQユニット以内にとどまります。 (スマートペグの締め付けが緩い場合、ISQ値は低くなります。) 締め付けすぎの場合は、SmartPeg [スマートペグ] に破損が生じるリスクがあります。
