Upcoming ITI Global Partner Webinar with Dr Alejandro Lanis

Jan 28, 2026

We are pleased to announce an upcoming ITI Global Partner Webinar with Dr Alejandro Lanis, an internationally recognised expert in digital dentistry, prosthodontics and oral implantology. This one‑hour session includes a 45‑minute lecture followed by 15 minutes of live Q&A, offering a concise, evidence‑based exploration of implant stability and how it guides clinical decision‑making.

A contemporary look at implant stability

Implant stability is a cornerstone of predictable outcomes, shaping surgical pathways, loading strategies and long‑term success. Yet it is often reduced to a single value, which can lead to oversimplified decisions. In this webinar, Dr Lanis presents a biologically driven approach to interpreting stability data in context—highlighting the role of RFA/ISQ as a decision‑support tool rather than a rigid threshold, and illustrating these principles through practical clinical scenarios.

Learning points

Attendees will gain practical insights into:

  • Understanding the biological and mechanical principles behind primary and secondary stability, and how these evolve during osseointegration.
  • Interpreting RFA/ISQ values realistically, recognising strengths and limitations across different treatment scenarios.
  • Integrating stability data into workflows – treatment planning, loading decisions and provisionalisation – to support safer, more predictable outcomes.
  • Identifying and managing stability‑related risk factors, including low bone density, immediate placement and complex prosthetic demands.
