Instructions on how to fill in the Order Form and Osstell Service Form
You can fill in the information in directly in the pdf form, print it on your regular printer and then send it to Osstell via Fax (+46 31 413 115). If you have a pdf-printer installed on your computer you can print a new pdf and then send the form via e-mail. You can also print the form on your regular printer first and then fill it in.
Send the form to Osstell via Fax +46 31 413 115 or, if you have printed a new pdf, send it via e-mail to order@osstell.com (Order Form) or to support@osstell.com (Osstell Service Form).
